Before accepting any advice or partaking in any Pilates sessions, offered by Allison’s Pure Pilates, whether in person, by video or through the Internet, you acknowledge and confirm that you are in good mental and physical health and are unaware of any reason why you are unsuited in taking part in any of the services offered by this website

We cannot accept any liability whatsoever in the event of injury, loss or damage you suffer as the result of undertaking any services offered.  You voluntarily and willingly agree to join and participate in Allison’s Pure Pilates Website and all Pilates’ instruction.
 

A Private assessment and introductory class is mandatory, before you are able to join Allison’s Pure Pilates. 
 

Your membership needs to be paid in advance and no access will allowed unless payment has been made and funds have been cleared.
 

Should you not be able to attend a class you have signed up for 24hours notice is required, failing this you will be charged for that class. The same applies to a Skype appointment that is not kept.
 

It is your responsibility to use any credit up before the end of the calendar month, it will not be carried over to the following month. You can do this by booking a private 1-2-1 session, skype appointment, creating a duet, or joining another available class.
 

Should it be found that you have shared any passwords or video links with any member of the public your membership will be terminated and no monies will be reimbursed.
 

You have a right to cancel your membership at the end of any subscription. Should for unforeseen reasons beyond your control, you cannot participate during your subscription, your membership can be frozen until such time that you can participate again. I need to be informed by email in order to freeze the account. During this time of a frozen account, all access to the website will be denied.
